ABC’s psychologist, Karen Checketts, has years of experience working with adolescent youth to address these issues. Today’s youth are especially challenged with anxiety, stress, depression, substance use, and social issues. It is more challenging to be a parent today than at any other time. Upon treatment completion, young people improve their ability to manage stress, anger, grief, loss, and school pressures,   developing healthy peer and family relationships.
